Important information

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Please note that this are handmade products with real leather. Genuine leather is a natural product so little imperfections as well as slight color changes show its authenticity and origin. If you receive an item that is not in good condition please contact us within 7 calendar days of reception of the goods.

About the shoes

Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted.

Exchanges Policy

Exchanges may be done within 7 calendar days of reception of the goods and only if there is stock available to offer. You should contact us by email and ship the goods before this 7 days.

Please confirm our current stock items by sending us an email to Once you have made your selection, let us know so we can save them for you until we receive the package. Please send us the tracking number as soon as you get it because this will be the proof of the sending date.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending.

The shipping cost of the exchanged shoes (from here, to you), it´s on us, but it can only be done once. We will not be able to exchange the same order item for more than one time.

Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.

Returns Policy

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

If the return is not accepted, the product won´t be send back unless the customer assumes the shipping cost of the new delivery.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the full value of your order, except for the shipping cost, within 60 days of receiving the items.

Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.

Faulty goods

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Some of our products are very delicate so you must treat them with care and keep them away from water or direct sunlight so they can remain in perfect conditions.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
